He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nick Osicki and Mona Osicki; his wife Brenda Osicki of Melville; his daughter Michelle (Justin); his grandchildren, Crystal, Steven, Adam (Liz), Nicole (Tyson), Brendan (Caitlin) and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Aidah, Alexander, Aryia, Alyvia and Nash; his siblings, Don, Dorothy (Stan), Marie, Debbie (Jim) and Suzanne (Perry); and his sister-in-law Karen (Rick). He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorial donations of Dave may be made as Mass Offerings or to St. Henry's Parish Cemetery (c/o Box 100, Melville, SK S0A 2P0) as gifts of remembrance.
