He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schick and Mary Schick (Lang); his wife Christina Baird; and his siblings, Elsie, Wayne, Doreen Reitenbach and Raymond Schick.
He is survived by: his siblings, Delmar (Jean), Elmer (Sharon), Wilbert (Ruth), Herb (Janet), Hilda and Vern (Candy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
