He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Sarah Ann Phillips; his siblings, Jim, Mary Swenson (Ray), Phyllis Highet (Bill), Ramona Prestie (Steve) and Ronald (Jean); his daughter-in-law Linda Phillips; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Pladsen of Melfort; his children, Terry (late Linda), Belinda (Ross), Gregg, Tammara and Tyson (Kristin); his grandchildren, Kale, Ainsley and Amanda (Scott); his great grandchild Shai Lee; his grandchild Ryan (Allison); his great grandchild Olivia; his son Riley (Kaela); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Cade and Jaxon; his great grandchild Chantal (Morley); his brother Tom (Kathy); his sister-in-law Darlene Andal; and also, Andrea (Ryan), Leahrayne and Kelsey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
