Verna Gerrish Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Gerrish in Melfort, Saskatchewan, who passed away on January 13, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Rickbeil and Janet Rickbeil (McEwan); her brothers, Gordon Rickbeil and Mel Rickbeil (Robert Gerrish); her children, Donald Davidson, Allen Davidson, Lavern Davidson and Shirley Simon (Davidson); her grandchildren, Treena De Jong and Roddy De Jong; and her great grandchildren, Shea De Jong and Keegan Davidson.

She is survived by: her children, Verna, Calvin Davidson, Linda De Jong, Erwin Davidson, Donna Davidson and Charlene Shiels (Davidson); her siblings, Edward Rickbeil (Ted) and Eileen Smith; and her stepsister Audrey Larsen. She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
