He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Olexson and Pearl Anne. He is survived by: his wife Fern; his son Glenn (Tahra) of Speargrass; his grandsons, Tristan Olexson and Connor Olexson of Calgary; his stepgrandson Chris Sabir (Madison) of Slocan; and his brother Dennis Olexson.
