It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mike Freistadt (Melfort, Saskatchewan), who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Mike Freistadt to show support.

He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his parents, Leopold Freistadt and Helen Freistadt; his brother Louie; his sister-in-law Kay Freistadt; his sister Genevieve; and his brother-in-law Leo Desjarlais.

He is survived by: his sons, Kelvin (Trish) and Darcy (Denise); his grandchildren, Chris (Trisha McCulloch) and Marissa (Darryl Brezinski); and his great grandchildren, Carson and Jaelyn Brezinski. He is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Friends so wishing may make memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
