“Eileen was my first teacher when I started school at Pine Bluff the beginning of Jan. 1950. She was Miss Sandberg then. As my teacher for 2½ years I have nothing but pleasant and fond memories. I remember her as being quite strict, particularly with students that were misbehaving or not paying attention, but that didn't apply to me!! Both Eileen and Bill have my utmost respect and fondness as teachers and special people in my life. Sincere sympathy from Dale & Judith Malmgren.”
