He is survived by: his sister Margaret; his wife Grace Brenna; his close friend Audrey Anderson; his children, Scott Ponath (Karen), Eric Ponath (Kathy) and Alison Burg (Darrell); his granddaughter Heather Ponath; his great grandchildren, Emma, Eddie and Jodie Olson (Brian); his grandchildren, Taylor and Nixon; his sister Beverly Peterson (Walter); his parents-in-law, William Schramm, Winston Brenna (Mary), Doreen Hushagen, Rita Stein and Ray Jaskela; and also, Sofie, Kylan, Camden, Rene Prefontaine, Jared Ponath (Laura), Caitlin Gerstel (Shawn), Carter, Adrian, Emery, Jesse Ponath (Stephanie) and Jon Ponath (Kim).
