With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bertha Hermus (Melfort, Saskatchewan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Bertha's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Bertha has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Honing and Maria Honing; her siblings, Maria, Annie, Corrie, Herman, John, Hank and Mike; and her grandson Johnathan Elligott.
She is survived by: her sister Mena Lieffers of Cudworth Sask. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
