Andrew Chokan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2021, at the age of 86, Andrew Chokan (Melfort, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Chokan and Annie Chokan; his children, Shanon Koehl (Lyle), Roxane Preete (Elvin) and Rob Chokan (Sherri); his siblings, Harry Chokan, Lena Chokan, Mary Grypiuk, Nellie Kostiuk and Victoria Kantymir; and his parents-in-law, Alvin and Geolina Olson.

He is survived by: his sister Christina; his wife Vera Olson; his grandchild Carmen Koehl (Cody Wandler); his great grandchildren, Axel and Bowie Wandler; his grandsons, Tyler Koehl and Tyson Koehl (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Kaylyn, Emerick, Mia and Megan Koehl; and his grandchildren, Teejay Preete, Ashley Preete, Nick Chokan (Brooklyn Munro) and Kayla Chokan Along.
