Vitaline was predeceased by: husband Eli Iron; parents, Patrick Opikokew and Hermaline Opikokew (Kennedy); siblings, Eli Opikokew, Beatrice Buffin, Marie Opikokew, Therese Opikokew, Angeline Iron and Bernadtte Lalibertie; and siblings-in-law, Athanasis Iron, Ted Iron, Albert Lalibertie, Frankie Buffin, Joseph Iron, Edouard Lariviere, Adele Bell, Margaret Opekokew, Lucia Lariviere, Germaine McCallum, Agnes Opekokew, Clarisse Iron and Sask.
Vitaline is survived by: daughter Adele Iron (Alfred); grandchildren, Trevor (Michelle), Monica and Katerina; great grandchildren, Ellie, Emilea and Emmett; and siblings, Claire Corrigal (Cyril), Marie Agnes Iron, Elizabeth Opikokew and Ralph Opikokew. Vitaline is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and godchildren.
