She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McDade and Shirley McDade; her sister Linda; and her parents-in-law, Ed and Mary Lockert.
She is survived by: her husband Dan; her daughter Katie; her siblings, Kevin McDade (Rita), Lynne Woynarski and Lori Wawryk (Terry); and her siblings-in-law, Richard Lockert (Andrea), Bill Lockert, Bonita Mason and Heidi Pasechnik (Phil). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
