He is survived by: his family, Hilda, Hernan Patricio and Lorena; his wife Cindy Sinclair; his children, Hernan Patrivio and Lorena Urquiza (Chad); his grandchildren, Heidi Wilkin (Kyle), Valen Urquiza, Nathan, Spencer and Preston; his mother-in-law Carol Sinclair; and his close friends, Nano Donoso (Stolkhom), Ivan Benoit (Chile), Mario Allende of Victoria, BC, Mario Fuentealba (Saskatoon), Keith Chomyshen of Coquitlam, BC and Jonathan O'Leery (Saskatoon).
