He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Virden and Dorothy Palmer of Prince Albert; and his father William Fowler of Prince Albert. He is survived by: his son Blake; his stepchildren, Rick and Melissa; his mother Wanetta Fowler; and his siblings, Maureen Juker of Prince Albert, Murray (Maria Fowler), Bradley (Lucy Fowler) and Grant Fowler of Prince Albert.
