We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Vernon John Nicotine (Makwa, Saskatchewan), born in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Vernon departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Vernon may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Vernon leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Roy Mitsuing; and his grandparents, John, Margaret Nicotine, Joe Gervais and Margaret Mitsuing.
He is survived by: his mother Irene; his child Jaelyn; and his siblings, Xavier (Kaleigha), Walter, Patrick (Marissa), Nathan (Leanne) and Sheniya (Matt). He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunties', cousins and adopted relatives.
A wake was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Simon and Alma Community Hall. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
