He is survived by: his parents, Peter Merz and Jenny Ben; his common-law partner Whitney Mistickokat; his children, Breanna, Tiana and Zack Mistickokat-Ben; his siblings, Jennifer Gamble (Kerry), Richard Ben, Ivan Ben, Leon Crookedneck and Patrick Crookedneck; and his close friend Cory Cantre. He is also survived by father to his three children.
