He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Bell and Mary Bell; and his siblings, Shirley, Martha and Eldon.

He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Bell of Maidstone, SK; his sons, Dion of Carrot River, SK, Anthony (Rachel) of Turtleford, SK and Brent of Maidstone, SK; his grandchildren, Keisha, Anika, Charlie, Ashlyn and Brianna; and his siblings, Sharon, Bob, Larry, Ron and Murray. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
