He was predeceased by: his father Roger Deschambault; his brother Curtis Fenwick; his grandparents, Roy, Anne Ellingson, Andrew and Marie; and his close friend Joey Mosier.

He is survived by: his wife Angeline Deschambault; his mother Dorene Deschambault; his daughter Jacquie Mosier; his son-in-law Jordan Rundell; his grandson Lincoln Rundell; his stepson Mathew Mosier (Rachel); and his sister Wendy Kwochka (Blaine). He is also survived by aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donations in memory of Steve may be made to the Lloydminster & District SPCA or the donor's charity of choice.
