He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; and his parents, William Shakotko and Annie Shakotko. He is survived by: his children, Bill Shakotko (Maria Kokonas), Curtis Shakotko (Jamie) and Audra Shakotko (Mark Opseth); and his granddaughters, Kelcey Shakotko, Morgan Weinkauf, Jacie Shakotko, Madeline Shakotko and Jenna Shakotko.
