He is survived by: his wife Christa; his children, Audrey Doepker (Marvin), Greg Erker (Dawn) and Pat Erker; his grandchildren, Murry Rissling, Chris (Janel), Craig (Colleen), Brad Doepker (Kayty), Jason Rissling (Candace), Amy Briggs (Brandan), Emily, Elizabeth and Bobby Erker; his great grandchildren, Ellis, Kerr, Christopher, Finnian, Tristan, Aiden, Freya, Alexis, Ethan, Juliet, Braelynn and Logan; his sister Agnes Erker; his daughters, Christel (Dan), Lore, Leah, Mona and Mira (Kurt); his grandchildren, Devin, Dion, Nicole, Dorian, Danica, Caitlin, Justin, Theron, Bella, Charlie, Jordan Gracee, Sierra, Donavon and Chase; and his great grandchildren, Dominic, Ellie, Rory, Mila, Parker, Yarrow, Fern, Sami, Everley and Isabelle. He is also survived by many his nieces and nephews.
A vigil service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (4805 Express Ave, Macklin, SK S0L2S0). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
