He is survived by: his children, Martin Jr., Marty Biro (Michelle), Amanda (Chad), Randi (Cole), Kelsey (Brad) and Josh (Cass); the mother of his children Candice; his daughter Caroline Horvath (Reg); his grandsons, Tyler (Haley) and Enrico; his daughter Jennifer Dyer (James); his grandchildren, Olivia and Brighton; his daughter Melissa Biro; his great grandchildren, Bodhi, Becka, Layla, Julia and Ethan; his siblings, Louis Biro and Agnes Kanscal (Frank); and his brothers-in-law, Stan Tuleta and Eric Purdy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
