He was predeceased by: his mother Valerie Weasel; and his grandparents, Steve Whithford, Georgina Alexander (Thundervoice), John Desjarlais and Eva Weasel.
He is survived by: his son Khisis Jacob Cook; the father of his child Robert Alexander; and his siblings, Kevin, Richard, Daniel, Shawn, Julieanne, Dawn and Michelle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
