He is survived by: his parents, Ivan Crookedneck and Terri Crookedneck; his wife Nadine; his daughters, Tatum and Mila; his siblings, Kris (Rich), Neil (Sharlyn) and Josh (Cree); and his grandmother Dora Cardinal. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
