He is survived by: his wife Nicole; his daughters, Avery (Carson) and Finley (Rhett); his parents, Walter Plandowski and Leona Plandowski; his brother Todd Plandowski (Wendy); his niece Kristen; his nephew Ty; his brother Trevor Plandowski (Cherise); his nieces and nephews, Taryn and Connor; his parents-in-law, Ron and Gin Rasmussen; his sister-in-law Danyel Scharnberg (Kai); and his nieces and nephews, Tova and Mena. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
