He was predeceased by: his father Allan Carr; and his grandparents, Bill, Florence McIntyre, Joe and Alice Carr.

He is survived by: his wife Charlene Carr; his children, Jessica Phillips (Jordan), Larissa and Colby; his mother Penny Ward (Phil); his stepmother Claire Carr; his sibling Robin Zarowny (Garnet); his nieces and nephews, Zachary (Baillie) and Mackenzie (Taylor); his sibling Cam Carr (Kim); his nieces and nephews, Braden, Tanner, Allyson and Sydney; his parents-in-law, Dowain and Judy Fisher; his brother-in-law Daryl Fisher (Charlotte); his nieces and nephews, Thomas (Corrine), Sadie and Michael (Kaitlynn); his brother-in-law Greg Fisher (Lisa); and his nephews, Tyler (Brittany), Mason and Logan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
