He is survived by: his wife Germaine Desnomie; his children, April, Holly, Stacey, Lyle Jr and Desirae (Opie Sr.); his mother Evelyn Desnomie; and his siblings, Beverley, Darlene, Roderick, Theresa, Richard, Vera Tourangeau, William, Howie, Martine, Desmond and Joy Desnomie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
