She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Nora Thomas; her children, Peter Whitefish (Albertine), Allan Whitefish (Edna), Maurice Whitefish (Lillian), Harvey Whitefish (Clara), Lillian Whitefish, Norman Whitefish and Matilda Dillon; her daughter-in-law Kim Whitefish; her adoptive daughter Margaret Bear; her siblings, Peter Nippi, Jim Thomas and Dora Thomas; her husband George Whitefish; her sons, Raymond, Edward, Andrew, Modest and Donald Whitefish; her grandson Dustin Bear; her adoptive sons, Johnny Angus and Tommy Bear; and her siblings, Mary, Josephine, Jack, Mike, Roy, Sam Thomas and Due. She was also cherished by Her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Her siblings: Mary, Josephine, Jack, Mike, Roy, Sam Thomas; Due to Covid 19 restrictions, the family had a private wake and funeral service take place on Big River First Nation.
