He was predeceased by: his parents, Jules Chalifour and Helen Chalifour; his parents-in-law, Napoleon and Marie Lavoie; and his siblings-in-law, Edouard, Louis, Gerard, Aimé Lavoie, Andre Fontaine and Rollande Lavoie.
He is survived by: his wife Cecile; his children, Philippe Chalifour of Leoville, SK, Jessilynne, Brianne, Justin (Mariah), Marcel (Karen) of Leoville, SK, Danyelle Paquette (Tyler), Melanie Wells (Jason), Brodey (Alyssa), Claude (Lori) of Langley, BC, Matthew (Bridget), Jordan (Danica Lance), Julianna, Alain (Lorena) of Leoville, SK, Braydon (Paige), Kaylin, Denay, Celine Gaboury (Jim) of Spiritwood, SK, Koltyn, Tanner (Brooke) and McKayla (Thomas Anderson); his daughter-in-law Mona Chalifour; and his sister Anne Marie Laventure (Raymond) of Leoville, SK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
