He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Mueller and Carolina Mueller; his sister Sophia; and his brother-in-law Otto Gundt. He is survived by: his sister Louise Gundt; his nephews, Ervin Gundt and Arnold Grandt; and his niece Hannah Grandt.
