He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Dumont and Beatrice Dumont; his sister Barbara Turner; and his brother-in-law Don Horness. He is survived by: his siblings, Ivy Horness of Lloydminster and Albert "Sonny" Dumont of Sangudo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
