She was predeceased by: her husband Duane Smith; her mother Olive Grieve; her mothers-in-law, Tena and Hester Smith; and her brother-in-law Doug Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Smith of Lampman, Steven Smith (Lisa Edwards) of Estevan, Rick Smith (Katherine) of Lampman and Candice Ballachay (Bill Hanna) of Lampman; her grandchildren, Michelle Saunders (Aaron), Jade Fichter (Justin), Sydney Scott (Ricardo), Brett Smith (Joshua Naka), Jaxon, Ryland Smith, Kassandra Samson, Angeleena Smith, Isaiah Smith, Leah Ballachay, Natasha Ballachay (Aaron Elder) and Zach Ballachay; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Ternes (Garth) and Pat Smith. She is also survived by her 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
