He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Kulchar and Josephine Kulchar (Deschambeault); his wife Leona Jackson; his children, Jacki Cardinal (Fred) of Bonnyville and Trent Kulchar (Jordana) of Edmonton; and his siblings, Bill Kulcher, Buck Kulchar and Betty McClintock. He was also cherished by his grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
