She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lucyk and Mary Lucyk; her brother Leslie David; and her sons, Jordan Perkins and Nolan Perkins.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Perkins, Rocky Perkins, Jaden, Tyce, Daxtyn and Whitney Perkins; her husband Jim Vennard; her stepchildren, Jason Vennard, Holly Harnett (Michael) and Stephen Vennard (Tanija); and her siblings, Garnet, Dennis, Nick and Vanessa.
