He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Boychuk and Katie Boychuk; his brothers, Dennis and Ron; and his grandson Ezra.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Hill; his daughters, Stacey Cooper (Jason), Lindsay Bailey (Carmen) and Samantha Roberts (Dean); and his grandchildren, Olivia, Hudson, Mackenzie, Brooklyn, Madeline, Callie, Blake, Maryn and Sienna.
