He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric and Mary (Molly); his half-brother Glen Mitchell; and his sister Grace Koppenol. He is survived by: his wife Donna Pederson; his stepdaughter Jennifer; and his sister Ruth Chayer Lotthammer.
