It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samantha Papequash (Key First Nation, Saskatchewan), who passed away on August 8, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Linda Papequash, Leonard Quewazance, Daisy Desjarlais, Christina Papequash, Peter Brass, Desmond Key, Evelyn Papequash and Wallace McArthur.

She is survived by: her close friend Enoch Konneh; her children, Caleb, Addison and Enoch; her parents, Candida Papequash and Dean McArthur; her siblings, Jonathan, Ian, Cameron, Jacob, Jerah, Adam, Cheyanne and Alicia; her aunts and uncles, Melissa, Chasity, Charity, Charlene, Angie, Bella, Rachel, Brian, Carl, Peter, Charlie, Wayne and Robert; her nieces and nephews, Winona, Natauna, Ryder, Malachi and Aston; and her close friend Lynn Gonzales. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
