He was predeceased by: his mother Caroline Raphael (Carlene); his grandparents, Archie, Alice Papequash, Edwin Crane and Sarah Raphael (McDermott); his aunts and uncles, Delvin, Davie, Alfie, Randy, Harold, Campbell Papequash, Burl, Bobby, Tex, Wayne Raphael, Marjorie, Bernice Raphael, Cheryl, Gloria and Margaret Papequash; his nephew Pierson Scalplock; and his cousins, Dale, Dean, Delores Innis, Marlene Gervais, Joe, Raven and Yvette Raphael.

He is survived by: his father Clarence Papequash; his stepmother Donalda Brass; his daughter Caroline Papequash; his sisters, Derian, Cheyene and Serenna; his aunts and uncles, Gerry Papequash, Warren Raphael, Pat Allen, Connie, Sharon, Wilma, Iris, Delores and Cynthia Raphael; and his nephews, Kaylem and D'Shawn. He is also survived by many nieces, cousins, in-laws, as well as many more friends and family.
