He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Body and Beryl Body; his brother Tom Body; his brothers-in-law, Lorne Topley, Alex and John Gottfried; and his great grandchild Michael Chotowetz.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Cook; his children, Cindy Chotowetz (Darren), Rick Body (Julie) and Dawn Kennedy (Travis); his grandchildren, Chad Chotowetz (Lisa), Jenna Miller (Paul), Todd Chotowetz (Catherine), Chelsea, Aaron, Mitchell Body, Dylan and Nicole Kennedy (Joseph); his great grandchildren, Paris, Weston, Gunner, Jack and Cash; and his sisters, Jean and Joyce Gottfried. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Luseland Homecoming Hall (401 Grand Ave, Luseland, SK S0L2A0).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Kerrobert & District Health Centre: Long-Term Care, in remembrance of Jack.
