He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Smith and Louise Smith. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, Kelly (Sandy), Duane (Brandy) and Cory (Tammy); his grandchildren, Kyle (Tara), Jeremy (Holley), Mackenzie, Chase, Hayley and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Jaiden, Mila and Kaiya; and his siblings, John and Audrey.
