She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cisek and Anne Cisek; and her husband Vic Maydonick. She is survived by: her sons, Dean (Joey) and Conway (Janel); her grandchildren, Sammy (Keyfer), Destiny, Tykana and Chasetyn; and her siblings, Willie Cisek (Cory) and Cecelia Winniski.
