He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Maria (Kozakevich); and his siblings, Nicholas of Fred, Michael and Anne of Pauline. He is survived by: his sons, James, Timothy and John (Christina); his granddaughter Sarah; and his sisters, Kathy and Marion. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
