She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Ludwig and Florence Ludwig; her husband Gordon McKay; and her children, Francis and Douglas.

She is survived by: her children, Lowen McKay (Terry), Angela Micha (Travis) and Candace Schmidt (Colin); and her brother Harvey Ludwig. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nephews and nieces as well as many extended family members and friends.
