She was predeceased by: her parents, Kost Fedyk and Mary Fedyk; her husband Bill Machuik; her siblings, Joe, Andrew, Walter and Rose Halushka; and her brothers-in-law, John Woychesko, Andrew Stadnyk and Metro Halushka.

She is survived by: her son Allan of Edmonton, Alberta; her grandchildren, Robert of Ardrossan and Pamela of Perth; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Emily, Nathan Machuik and Pallas McCann; her sister Jean Stadnyk of Melville; and her sisters-in-law, Lily Fedyk of Yorkton and Sonia Fedyk of Thunder Bay, ON.

Memorial donations may be made to the Ituna Pioneer Lodge as gifts of remembrance.
