She was predeceased by: her husband Robert (Bob); her parents, Peter Zawada and Mary Zawada; her brother John Zawada; and her grandson Nathan Kondratoff.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kay, Nettie, Irene (George), Stanley (Janet) and Norman (Leslie); her children, Brenda Kondratoff (Allan), Bruce (Kim), Murray (Tanys) and Dean (Sandra); her grandchildren, Nolan (Taunya), Breanne (Brad), Elisha (Logan), Amanda, Nick and Hannah; and her great grandchildren, Isabelle, Jett and Emily.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
