We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2018, at the age of 82, Elgar Petersen (Humboldt, Saskatchewan) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elgar Petersen to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Petersen and Mary Petersen; his siblings, Walter Petersen, Peter Petersen (Margaret), Joseph Petersen and Martha Eggerman (John); his brother-in-law Frank Tarnowski; his nephews, Barry Eggerman and Lorne Eggerman; and his niece Shirley Petersen.

He is survived by: his sisters, Margaret Petersen, Evelyn Tarnowski, Helen Williams (Bob) and Marie Lumley (George); and his sisters-in-law, Jean Petersen and Jeanette Petersen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.

Memorial Donations may be directed to the St. Augustine Parish Centre or Humboldt District Hospital Foundation General Equipment Fund.
