She was predeceased by: her parents, Gottfried Teske and Helen Teske; her stepfather Adolph Winslow; her brothers-in-law, Craig Vickaryous and Gordon Block; her nephew Ricky Block; and also, Adolph Block and Natalia Block.

She is survived by: her children, Marlene Lu and Betty Lu; her husband Walter; her children, Donavon Block (Pearl), Riley, Harlan Block (Heather), Kaiden, Kyler, Chris, Sommer and Connie (Steven Wiebe); her sisters, Diane Lissel (Earl), Marlene Lee (Kent) and Betty Lu Winslow; her sisters-in-law, Scarlett Block and Edna Langenberger (Dallas); her grandchildren, Donavon Block, Chris Block, Cody Block, Dryden Block, Matthew Block, Ryan Wiebe and Stephen Martin; and also, Whitney, Cody (Kim), Emmett, Owen, Matthew (Jackie), Ryder, Trigg, Janelle (Stephen Martin) and Dryden (Stefani).
