She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Adolph Hassel; and her sons, Mervyn, Eldon (Ronaleen) and Lester. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
The social isolation that came with COVID destroyed her life.
