He is survived by: his mother Arlene Voeltz; and his brothers, Russell Foster (Cathy), Kevin Foster (Carol), Terry Foster (Katherine) and Sam Foster (Laura). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, relatives and friends.
