She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth Tatlow; her sister Sharon Tatlow; and her grandmother Ida Evans. She is survived by: her husband Brian Hoffart of Green Lake, SK; her daughter Naomi Thifault (Tommy) of Regina, SK; her grandchildren, Savayla and Zaxton; her son Neil Hoffart (Jody) of Saskatoon, SK; her grandchildren, Tanner, Gracie and Hailey; her father Maurice Tatlow of Love, SK; and her brothers, Jim Tatlow (Patricia) of Makwa, SK, Don Tatlow (Amber) of Makwa, SK and Wayne Tatlow (Taryn) of Nelson, B. C. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
In lieu of tributes, memorial donations may be made in memory of Sylvia to the Canadian Cancer Society.
