He is survived by: his father Tom Hawkins; his wife Betty; his children, Carrie (Larry), Krista (Chad), Ryan (Krystal) and Dustin; his grandchildren, Tyson Empey (Kendall), Taylor Stevenson (Dyson), Tiffani Empey, Tamara Empey, Adanna Winkler (Kayden), Cade Bara, Ashden Hawkins (Tessa), Gavin Hawkins, Scott Hawkins, Boston Hawkins, Reece Hawkins, Paige Hawkins, Jada Hawkins and Daxson Hawkins; his great grandchildren, Bennett and Preston Winkler; his siblings, Lois Anaka, Pat Hawkins (Rita), Sam Hawkins (Paulette), Walter Hawkins (Myrna), Jerry Hawkins (Rose), Donald Hawkins, Chris Hawkins (Alice), Susy Martin (Armand), Mabel Desnoyers (Jerry) and Ruth Taylor (Mal); and his siblings-in-law, Claire Hawkins, Bill Hickox (Jeanie), Howard Hickox (Sandra) and Ron Hickox (Loraine).
